1. Remember what God has done—but keep moving forward.

Past experiences can remind us of God’s faithfulness. But we cannot live only on what God did at youth camp, years ago in church, or during a previous season of life. Stones of remembrance should strengthen us for the journey ahead, not become places where we stop growing.

2. Seek Jesus for who He is—not merely for what He can provide.

The crowd wanted food, miracles, and political deliverance. They approached Jesus with an unspoken condition: “Show us what You can do, and then we will commit.” We can make the same mistake when we wait for Jesus to solve our problems before we fully trust Him.

Jesus has already proven His love. He invites us to come, believe, trust, follow, and obey.

3. Only Jesus can satisfy the soul.

Physical food meets a real but temporary need. Success, possessions, relationships, and experiences can also bring temporary enjoyment—but none of them can fill the deepest void within us.

Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life.” He does not merely give us bread; He is the bread. Whoever comes to Him will find the spiritual nourishment, peace, strength, and eternal life that nothing else can provide.

4. Coming to Jesus is simple—but it changes everything.

Coming to Jesus means turning away from sin and turning toward Him. It means talking with Him, trusting Him, obeying Him, and expecting to encounter His presence.

The invitation is not complicated: come to Jesus and believe in Him. Receive what He is offering instead of demanding something else.

5. Those who receive the good news are called to share it.

On the cross, Jesus declared, “It is finished.” The work of redemption was completed, and its results continue for everyone who believes. Because Christ. Because Christ has won the victory, we now carry that good news to a world that desperately needs it.

The central question is not simply, “What can Jesus do for me?” It is, “Will I come to Jesus for who He is?”

You can expect worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and an international community of people from Taiwan and around the world.

Children are welcome to attend the service with their parents. Our complete Kids, Toddlers & Infants ministries are available during the 11:00 AM service.

Sacred Wednesday at 7:00 PM

On the first, third, and fifth Wednesdays of each month, we gather for an evening of worship, prayer, and seeking God together.

Sacred Wednesday is quieter and less structured than a Sunday service. It gives us room to slow down, worship, pray for one another, and respond to what God is doing.

Whether Agape is your church home or you are simply looking for a place to pray and worship, you are welcome to join us.

What to expect

Come as you are

There is no special dress code. You will see people dressed in everything from casual clothes to business attire.

English-speaking services

Our Sunday services are conducted in English. Agape is home to people from many nations, cultures, and church backgrounds.

Worship and biblical teaching

A typical service includes contemporary worship, prayer, Scripture, and a Bible-centered message.

A personal welcome

When you arrive, someone from our welcome team will greet you, answer your questions, and help you find the worship space or the appropriate children’s ministry.

You will not be expected to introduce yourself publicly or do anything that draws attention to you.

When you arrive

Enter the building through The Cup Coffee House on the first floor and take the elevator to 3F.

Look for the Agape signs and welcome team.

If you are bringing children to the 11:00 AM service, allow an extra 10–15 minutes before the service begins. Our team will help you locate the appropriate ministry area and complete the check-in process.

Coffee and conversation are available at The Cup before or after the service.

Bringing your family?

We want parents and children to feel comfortable and cared for.

Infants

Our infant nursery is located on 9F. It is designed for one parent to remain with their infant and includes comfortable seating, a changing table, purified hot, warm, and cold water, and a television showing the service livestream.

Toddlers ages 1-3

Toddler ministry is available on 8F during the 11:00 AM service. This is for little ones who have begun crawling or walking. Our team will assist you with check in and drop off. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the service to allow for smooth check-ins.

Children ages 4–10

Agape Kids meets on 8F during the 11:00 AM service. This is meant for children who are potty trained, able to be left with teachers and are willing to follow directions. Children participate in an age-appropriate environment designed to help them know Jesus, understand Scripture, and build friendships.

Middle School ages 11-14

Middle School meets on the second and fourth Sundays of the month during the 11:00am service. Middle school students are released following the worship portion of our service. They meet in The Cup Coffee House on the first floor with our Middle School Ministry Lead.

Youth ages 15-18

Our Youth ministry has a variable schedule. If you have a member in your family currently in High School, please let us know and we will inform you of our next youth gathering.

Do I need to register before attending?

No. You are welcome to come without registering.

Do I need to be a Christian?

No. You are welcome to attend, listen, ask questions, and learn more about Christianity at your own pace.

Which service should my family attend?

Families who want to use our Kids, Toddlers & Infants ministries should attend the 11:00 AM service.

How early should I arrive?

Arriving about 10 minutes early is normally enough. Families checking children in for the first time may want to arrive 15 minutes early.

What should I wear?

Whatever you normally feel comfortable wearing. Agape does not have a dress code.

What language is used?

Our services and primary church activities are conducted in English.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. Friends, coworkers, classmates, and family members are always welcome.
